🌞 Celebrate You!
Date: Thursday, August 21, 2024
Time: 4:30 PM
Location: Stone Wall Farms, Jeffersonville, NY
Let this be your exhale.
As summer begins to soften, we invite you to step into the woods, take a breath, and remember who you are beneath all the roles and responsibilities. This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a heart-opening experience of connection, presence, and joy.
We’ll begin with a gentle walk through a shaded forest trail, the quiet hum of late summer all around us, and a babbling brook nearby. Beside you? A sweet, soulful mini horse—your companion on this meditative journey. Together, you’ll walk in rhythm, letting nature and stillness do their magic.
Afterward, you'll have the chance to be photographed with the horses by a professional photographer, capturing the essence of this moment—your light, your presence, your power.
We'll close our circle with a bit of movement, reflection, and a sweet take-home treat. This gathering is about honoring how far you’ve come, celebrating the beauty of who you are right now, and anchoring into the joy of being alive.
No riding involved. Just fresh air, gentle horses, and the kind of beauty that reminds you—you are worth celebrating.

Join us for a calming, creative class that blends mindfulness with making. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you center your thoughts and soften your breath — then shift into a quiet weaving practice using simple materials and intuitive movement.
This monthly class offers a gentle space to slow down, connect inward, and let your hands move with your breath as you build a small tapestry over time. Think of it as a meditative journal — one you create thread by thread.
🧵 All materials are provided (looms, yarn, and tools), but feel free to bring a special yarn or fabric scrap that holds meaning for you.
Perfect for all levels — no weaving or meditation experience needed.

Back by heartfelt request after a powerful first circle ✨
Our last Cacao & Firelight gathering was deeply moving. Participants described feeling lighter, more grounded, and emotionally transformed, held by the warmth of the fire, the softness of the cacao, and the strength of the community around them.
So many of you reached out to say: “When can we do this again?”
This is your invitation.
We’ll return to the lakeside fire circle for a second offering of this sacred, heart-opening ritual. Together, we’ll sip warm ceremonial cacao, reflect, chant, and release. This isn’t about performance or perfection, it’s about presence, softness, and allowing what’s ready to go… to go.
What to expect:
🌿 Ceremonial cacao sourced from women-led farming cooperatives in Uganda
🌀 The “I Am / I Can” mantra practice, running up the chakra chain
🔥 A guided fire ritual to release what no longer serves you
📓 Journaling and reflection in a safe, supportive space
✨ Complimentary journals for new participants
🪵 Movement, stillness, and breath—no experience needed
Cacao is optional, organic, and lab-tested. You are welcome to bring tea or your own drink. The magic lives in the intention, not the cup.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
Space is limited to maintain the intimacy of the circle.

As the season begins to shift and the light softens, September offers a quiet invitation: What are you ready to release?
In yoga philosophy, Aparigraha—non-attachment—is the gentle art of letting go. This workshop is your space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with your inner calm.
You’ll be guided through a thoughtful and creative experience that includes:
🌿 A grounding yoga practice to help you release tension and settle into presence
🎨 A meaningful art keepsake project to express and honor what you're ready to let go of
📓 A complimentary journal for all new participants—your space for reflection, intention, and self-love
🍪 And a handmade treat to close our time together with sweetness and care
This is a soul-nourishing space to step out of the busy, come back to yourself, and move gently toward what’s next.
No yoga or art experience needed. Come as you are—with your breath, your heart, and your willingness to begin again.
Let go. Make space. Trust the turning.

As the days grow shorter and the veil of autumn begins to settle, October invites us to honor the whole of who we are—our brightness and our shadow, our clarity and our questions.
In the yogic tradition, we often speak of Chitta Vritti—the fluctuations of the mind—and the practice of seeing clearly through both light and shadow. This workshop offers space to meet yourself in that in-between place, with compassion and curiosity.
You’ll be guided through a soulful experience that includes:
🌿 A grounding yoga and breathwork practice to settle the body and mind
🌑 A creative ritual art project: Shadow Lanterns – craft your own symbolic lantern to represent the parts of yourself you’re learning to see, love, and integrate
📓 A complimentary journal for all new participants
🍫 A handmade seasonal treat to sweeten the closing of our time together
No yoga or art experience is necessary—just bring your whole self, as you are, and step into the soft glow of awareness.
When we honor our shadow, we make room for deeper light.
Come home to yourself this season—whole, honest, and illuminated.
Suggested donation: $20 (or use your seasonal pass)

We enjoy complimentary snacks from Rob—think banana bread, fruit, and more. There’s also ice water and time to relax with the group.
Will class be indoors or outdoors?
We decide at the start of class in the loft. If weather permits and the group agrees, we’ll take it outside!
