Together, we’ll explore at a pace that honors each participant’s needs, encouraging presence, reflection, and connection.
✨ Each class includes a guided journaling practice, with a complimentary journal for new participants. After class, the Zoom room will remain open for anyone who’d like to stay and share — creating a warm sense of community beyond the mat.

January 1st • 4:30 PM • Yoga By The Lake
Begin the new year not with pressure…
not with resolutions…
but with a deep exhale.
Join me for a slow, spacious New Year’s Day workshop designed to help you soften into the year ahead with clarity, intention, and self-trust. This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing a “new you.” It’s about choosing yourself gently, wholeheartedly, exactly as you are.
This practice is for anyone who wants to start 2026 with meaning rather than momentum, with steadiness rather than urgency.
Expect to feel:
Grounded in your body after the rush of the holidays
Centered in your breath as you reconnect to what actually matters
Held in a space where you don’t need to perform or pretend
Inspired by the quiet knowing that the year can unfold softly
Reconnected to the parts of yourself you’ve been too busy to hear
Hopeful in a real, tangible, gentle way
We’ll close with a simple, meaningful creative ritual, an art project designed to help you anchor your intention and send a message forward to the version of you who will need it most. You don’t need any artistic skill; this is about expression, not perfection.
You’ll leave with a lighter heart, a clearer mind, and one beautiful promise to yourself tucked away for the year ahead.
If you’ve been craving a reset, a moment of peace, or a way to step into 2026 with softness instead of strain — this is for you.
Come exactly as you are.
Let this be the moment you choose yourself first.
Suggested donation: $20 (or use your seasonal pass)

🕓 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Yoga by the Lake Kitchen Studio – Lake Huntington, NY
Let’s gather around the table for a cozy Sunday morning of painting, laughter, and quiet creativity. This special Paint & Pause invites you to sip, snack, and create a peaceful winter scene filled with soft snow, gentle branches, and fluttering little birds.
We’ll paint together step by step, blending cool winter blues and silvery light before adding your own flock of chickadees. You’ll learn how to stencil and layer the birds so each one feels unique, flip them, cluster them, or let a single bird rest quietly on a branch. Every canvas will tell its own story.
No experience needed — just a cozy sweater and an open heart.
Rob and I provide everything, along with warm drinks, light brunch bites, and a calm space to unwind after the holidays.
A morning for slowing down, savoring, and letting your creativity take flight.✨
No stress, no mess — you simply paint and pause.
$35 per person, not part of the unlimited class cards sorry!
Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
Yes, please let me know at least the day before class starts. For workshops, RSVP early—they fill up fast! Just email Jodisibilia@gmail.com or text 845-380-4441.
Where are classes held?
Classes are in the cozy, climate-controlled loft upstairs. If the weather’s nice, we may take a peaceful walk to the lakeshore and practice under the trees.
What should I bring?
Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and maybe a small towel or extra layer if we head outside. Mats and props are provided.
What happens after class?
We enjoy complimentary snacks from Rob—think banana bread, fruit, and more. There’s also tea and cold water and time to relax with the group.
Will class be indoors or outdoors?
We decide at the start of class in the loft. If weather permits and the group agrees, we’ll take it outside!
What is the focus of class?
These classes are all about gentle movement, recovery, and self-care. You’ll stretch, breathe, and listen to your body.
Beginner friendly!
How much does it cost?
Classes are donation-based—suggested: $20 per class.
You can also choose:
☀️ Season Pass – suggested $150 for unlimited on-campus classes & workshops, Memorial Day to Memorial Day.
Cash preferred, cards accepted.
What’s the address?
