Start your weekend with serenity in our Gentle Yoga class, designed to awaken your body and calm your mind. Each week features a fresh theme — such as kindness, balance, or letting go — that carries through both our gentle movement and the journaling prompt that follows. Together, we’ll explore at a pace that honors each participant’s needs, encouraging presence, reflection, and connection.
✨ Each class includes a guided journaling practice, with a complimentary journal for new participants. After class, the Zoom room will remain open for anyone who’d like to stay and share — creating a warm sense of community beyond the mat.
🌿 In-person participants enjoy a cozy close with tea and homemade baked goods during the fall, winter, and spring.

This season, Rob and I wanted to do something special — a little gathering to say thank you for being part of our Yoga by the Lake family. We’re calling it Ravioli Day — a Friendsgiving-style celebration where we’ll come together to roll raviolis the way the great-grandmothers did in Italy: by hand, with laughter, and with love.
It’s not a class, just a cozy afternoon of being together — sharing stories, traditions, and a really good meal.
We’ll:
Make ravioli together, step by step
Sit down to eat what we create
Each take home a small bag of handmade ravioli to freeze for later
Come as you are — no need to bring anything but yourself (and maybe your favorite apron if you’d like). This day is about simple joys — hands dusted with flour, full bellies, and the warmth of friendship.
Please RSVP so we know how much pasta dough to make! RSVP HERE https://evite.me/kD5XHgcfzM

Join us for a calming, creative class that blends mindfulness with making. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you center your thoughts and soften your breath — then shift into a quiet weaving practice using simple materials and intuitive movement.
This monthly class offers a gentle space to slow down, connect inward, and let your hands move with your breath as you build a small tapestry over time. Think of it as a meditative journal — one you create thread by thread.
🧵 All materials are provided (looms, yarn, and tools), but feel free to bring a special yarn or fabric scrap that holds meaning for you.
Perfect for all levels — no weaving or meditation experience needed.

Where are classes held?
Classes are in the cozy, climate-controlled loft upstairs. If the weather’s nice, we may take a peaceful walk to the lakeshore and practice under the trees.
What should I bring?
Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and maybe a small towel or extra layer if we head outside. Mats and props are provided.
What happens after class?
We enjoy complimentary snacks from Rob—think banana bread, fruit, and more. There’s also tea and cold water and time to relax with the group.
Will class be indoors or outdoors?
We decide at the start of class in the loft. If weather permits and the group agrees, we’ll take it outside!
What is the focus of class?
These classes are all about gentle movement, recovery, and self-care. You’ll stretch, breathe, and listen to your body.
Beginner friendly!
How much does it cost?
Classes are donation-based—suggested: $20 per class.
You can also choose:
☀️ Season Pass – suggested $150 for unlimited on-campus classes & workshops, Memorial Day to Memorial Day.
Cash preferred, cards accepted.
